Write a secure cookie from dll

Yo Fells,

Just wanted to know how to create a cookie from method which is in a
saperate dll?

If i write those methods in Page_Lode, what i have written in that dll,
works file.
But I want that as a part of dll. so i can re-use it in any other project.
Rather
than copying and pasting the logic, i have created my own separate porject
on class library where i have listed some of my common methods i use in all
web projects. So creating a cookie is one of them. Thats why I want to know
how to create a cookie where that "method" resides in the dll.

thanks in advance,
