Pop Up Property Grid

hi

I have an application where i can draw objects like
rectangle, circle, etc. I am displaying the properties of the objects in
property grid. I want to pop up the property grid as soon as i complete
drawing a particular object i.e in mouse up event. This popped up grid
should have the facility to be made dockable or floating.

any suggestions how to implement this in c#2005???
