Registering in GAC

hi,

i registered a .NET Assembly (a DLL) in the GAC.
i am able to view the assembly (named "Vehicle") in the GAC.
however, in VS.NET this assembly is not appearing in the list of
..NET components when i click on "Add Reference".
what might be the reason?

regards,
Kiran

Visual Studio's Add Reference dialog doesn't list the contents of the
GAC. This KB article explains how to make an assembly show up there.
