How do I keep the top item in a list view at the top

I have a listview that I clear refresh at regular intervals. I can retain the
selected itemOK, but if the listview has been scrolled I would like to get
the top item back to the top after the refersh. I can identify the top item
with the TopItem property, but how do I get it back to the top? EnsureVisible
simply ensures that it is in the visisble area, which is not the same thing.
TopItem is not settable, and there don't seem to be any methods to scroll the
listview. Anyone help?
