Conditional Define which runtime I'm on?

I want to use some pragma's in C# code written against .NET 2.0.

Somewhat ironically, I find that these Pragma's won't work when I try to
compile the same code against .NET 1.X. That is, when I'm using VS 2003.

Is there some set of conditional defines, or any other technique, I can
use to get code with .NET 2.0 specific syntax to compile under .NET 1.0?
