Toolbar icons disable when setting changed

Hi,
I have a C# application with a toolbar that displays icons on size
32*32. When I change the comoputer display settings to DPI normal size
(96%) the icons became invisible. If I change the Theme to Windows XP,
the icons also become invisible.
Any solution
