My code generates an exception, but when then VS2003.NET goes into debug mode
the row AFTER the bad line is highlighted in green. Why does it highlight the
wrong line?
For instance, this in code:
SoapEnvelope envelope = new SoapEnvelope();
envelope.CreateHeader();
envelope.CreateBody();
envelope.InnerXml = "<hello>world</hello>";
Console.WriteLine("test");
VS tells me that the line "Console.WriteLine("test");" threw
SoapFormatException which cant really be thrown by Console.WriteLine() at
all. The line above it can and should throw that exception with the given
input.
I recall having similar problems in C++ too, but I'm not 100% sure.
sincerly,
martin
