which toolbars are currently visible in IE?

Can I know which toolbars are visible in IE currently.
Im programmin in C#

I found some docs here, but couldnt use them in C#, anyone got idea how
to use them???

There are boolean properties like MenuBar or AddressBar telling whether
that bar is visible or not.

OnToolBar Fires when the ToolBar property is changed.

Would someone show how to implement them in C# ??
