Getting description for special folders

I need to get the description (with the default language of the
operating system) for the special system folders like

Control Panel, My Computer and so on.

I have the CLSID of them and, for example, I launch the control panel
typing

::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\::{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

in the run dialog.

Thank you.

Then I think you need to use the IShellFolder interface and its
ParseDisplayName and GetDisplayNameOf methods.
