Menus and ToolStripItem

Hi, all.

I'm using .NET 2.0.

I want to use a main menu, a toolbar and a context menu in my app.
I've designed the main menu in Visual Studio, that means all
ToolStripItems
are created and formatted. Using the main menu works fine.

Now, I want to add a toolbar to my app which has some buttons which
provide
the same functionality like some menuitems of the main menu. The
toolbar is
for users convenience so that he can access functions very easily and
has not
to dig in the menu.

What I can do is create some new ToolStripItems and add them to the
toolbar.
But is it possible to use the ToolStripItems of the main menu? I'm
looking for an
easy way to keep the state (enabled/disabled) of the ToolStripMenuItems
in sync.

It's the same with the context menu.

Any help appreciated

Regards

Jürgen
