c# pocket-pc development problems

I have 2 problems regarding my c# pocket-pc application made with vs2005.
both are used in my other applications but i dont find a way to use them on
my pocket pc version of the application.

1 How do i open my data in excel ?- did not fint any refrences to office
in the pocket pc available refrences
2 My pocket-pc application needs to get data from a secure web service
x509Certificate . how do i import the certificate looks like the options in
pocket-pc are very limited.
