Howto find an existente instance of a class

Hi to all,
This is my scenario, i'm trying to do some unit tests to an application
that is loaded by other, and my unit tests is a third project that
references the second, so, i have independent application A that loads
application B (plugin) and application C that makes the unit tests.

My problem is when my test application is running the other 2 are
already loaded, somehow, and i want to get the reference to the
instance of the application B so that i can do the unit tests.

Is there a way of getting that instance knowing only the name of the
class?

Thanks in advance
