Microsoft Development Environment The operation could not be completed - error

Hello,

I have problem using my Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003

I can not create new project, any type of project, becouse there pop up
an error box.
It title: Microsoft Development Environment
And it content: The operation could not be completed

I reinstalled my application but in dosn't fix my bug.

I tryied also that:
http://www.petedavis.net/dotnet_articles/wizardfix.html, without
success :(

I don't know what happen, why I can create any project. Maybe some
moicrosoft update break my VS.NET ?
