IE hook or some other method

I am trying to get the source code of a webpage from an IE instance.
Reason being that I need to parse it to fill in th form
automatically...(An automated form filler that I am working on).

Would I need to create a hook on IE or is there a simpler method? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
