enabling the SystemMenu in MDI childs

Hi,

I have the following problem:
I want to add a new item to the system menu. This is no problem for the
MDI parent window (therefore I used the API call GetSystemMenu and
added
the items). But this does not work for the system menu of MDI child
windows, because the MDI child does not show any system menu... Why not
??? How can I add a systemMenu to MDI child's?????
If this is impossible how can I add a new button to the ControlBox???

Thank you for the help,
wolfgang
