How do I stop firewall from blocking my C# Web Browser?

Mateusz,

Is the firewall a piece of software, or hardware? If it is software,
then you have to somehow connect to the running instance (how you do that
will be determined by the software running, if you can do that at all). If
it is hardware, then it is most likely that you can't, but rather, have to
change the settings on the firewall manually.

Hope this helps.
