WebDav Form Authentication

I have several "http://myserver/myfolder" type of webdav file shares and i'm
trying to create a WebApplication to Authenticate users.

Problem is i try to use impersonation to validate the user and redirect to
the webdav folder but i keep getting Impersonation Failed when credentials
are correct.

Anyone can help my with this?

The users are locally created in the local accounts of the server machine.
