Readfile help

Hi!!

we are working on a project to receive IR(infrared).

we currently busy with the receiving part.

We get data true are com2: port. but we can't detect the 0 or low part of a
rc5 signal

for info on rc5 http://www.xs4all.nl/~sbp/knowledge/ir/rc5.htm

Because readfile doesn't read a low. We can´t measure it

it reads low but we don't have start bit. so it doesn't see the low part of
RC5 signal

Does any one now how to measure the timing or how to receive a nice signal

Or how to delete de start bit an everything else like parity bit and stop
bits.

p.s. Sorry for my bad English
