c# and musicxml

i want to play with musicxml. is there a mature product for doing that
in c#?

There is no support out of the box. However, there is a project on
SourceForge:

http://libmusicxml.sourceforge.net/more.html

This is a C++ library, but you should be able to provide managed
wrappers for it easily.
