Database Server Issue

first sory for posting pure database question but i hav a prob n i m helpless
so i m posting it my prob is my sqlserver on server machine is running ver
very slow like it takes 5min to just expand that database link and same with
all other,, and server performance is ok only Entrp mngr is creating problems
and on other if i register it on nay other machine it works fine if any one
can give me the use full solution then please reply waiting for rply ...

first, as you said, this is a wrong group for this type of question, try
following

microsoft.public.sqlserver.tools
microsoft.public.sqlserver.setup
microsoft.public.sqlserver..connect

to help you, seems like either you machine is slow or you install of client
tools (on this case EM) is currupt. Try uninstall and reinstall.
