MouseHover Stuck! :(

Hello!

I have a form that has two list boxes and 4 buttons that move items in the
list back and forth from each other. So I have buttonAllRight,
buttonAllLeft, buttonRight, buttonLeft.

Once I start the form, everything works as it should.
When I hit cancel, or OK and then start up the form again from the
application,
my buttons get stuck on the UP position whenever I hover over them.

I'm not sure what is causing this, and any insight would be very much
appreciated!
