VS 2005 bug

This is not the group for this question,
but maybe one of you had this problem.
My VS 2005 decided not to search anymore.
When i click ctrl-f / h the main window looses focus,
but the search window does not open.
This is true to all search and replace options.
Tried repair and remove / install but nothing works.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sharon.

Sharon,

Did you by accident run VS 2005 while in dual screen mode and place the
Search/Replace window on the secondary screen? If you did, try to use
Alt-Space, then one step down with the Down Arrow, Enter and then moving the
windows using Arrow Keys.

Your description sounds like this may be the problem. I've not had the issue
with VS 2005, but with other programs.

Best regards,

Benny

I only have one screen, but it was hiding somewhere at the bottom.
