sqlSelect.Transaction=transact;
sqlInsert.Transaction=transact;
,...............

as Serializable isolation level..
When I'm using a transaction for a master-slave tables and I want when
transatcion in progress get some info from one of those tables but it
dosen't work even with ReadUncommited stae and dosen't let me get info and
my application gets timeout error..
