Compiler errors without line numbers

When VS C# 2005 Express loads my application and library I get some warnings which appear w/o line numbers. How can I find out what
it is having problems with?

They are :

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invovation and
Ambiguous match found
I used to use VS 2003 Prof and I could get the code library to invoke devenv but under the new Express edition I don't seem to have
this option. Do I need to wait for the new 2005 Prof version to debug this?
On a similar note I am told that "The variable colorSlider is either undeclared or was never assigned" it is a control and runs
correctly so I am assuming that the problem is with the compiler building the Design windows.
Can anyone please shed light on what I can do to fix these problems>
Thanks,
Steve
