How to include .net framework in the Setup Projects created VS 2005

Hi,

I am trying to create a setup project and would like it to contain the
..NET 2.0 framework, so user will not need to download it in his
installation.

does anybody know how to do that with VS 2005?

VS 2003 needed the bootsstrapper add in, is is the same here, or did
Microsoft add more tools to handle that?

thanks

Not quite sure how you would include the .net framework and not have
your setup be tremendously huge - the problem with the framework is that
there is a different installer for every language and if you install the
wrong language on someone's machine it could potentially break many things.
