and yes, Microsoft hires a lot of morons but then again perhaps you did not
explain yourself well and you're the moron :-)
By an 'update' I assume you do mean replacement media. If not, you would be
the moron as an update means you want the next release of the product in
which case you would have to buy the next release from a reseller if you did
not have access to MSDN Subscription Downloads.
If you need replacement media call again and ask for replacement media.
