Reading Thumbnail images from Thumbs.db files

I've seen a number of posts by people asking for the file format for
Thumbs.db files in Windows XP.

This isn't so much an answer to a specific question as a post of how to read
them.

I've written a small, simplistic library in C# that reads Thumbs.db files
and posted it on my web site here:

I've put the post here because I suspect a lot of people will search google
groups for this information and I wanted this here so they can find out how.

The code is under the LGPL.
