context menu, user control

Hi,

I want to create a context menu which works on text controls (rich text
and textbox). Also this menu will be use in many forms and controls.
For example I want a sub menu check_text to check the selected text for
some properties.

How to create this menu? Can I create it like separated control and
how?

Thanks.
