Help user Control (Class library with dll) in ASP.Net web page

Hi,
I had created a user control that will open a "FileOpenDialog" (let say
FileXUpload.dll) to accept user to select file.
This control use in a asp/html like below :

<OBJECT id="FileXUpload1" name="FileXUpload1"
classid="FileXUpload.dll#FileXUploads.UploadPanel" width=500 height=500
VIEWASTEXT></OBJECT>

However, after user click ok button to return, and i try to access the
"FileNames" property in the event "KeyOK", but a exception return:

"The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the
security policy........"

The fileopendialong box can open but when i try to access the FileNames
property, that exception will happen........ :(

How can i fix this problem ? or Any one can give me some helpful advice....

Andrew
