CHM from XML Comments

Greetings,

A few weeks ago I stumbled across a program that builds a CHM file from XML
comments, but also allows you to make CHM files (in otherwords, insert
custom pages to the CHM). It was a visual tool and looked very much like a
CHM file itself, except it was editable. I forgot to bookmark it and I've
been searching google for days now and I can't seem to find it. It was
targeting .NET components.

It is not NDOC, Doxygen, Doc-To-Help, or RoboHelp.
I was wondering if people would be kind enough to reply with links to this
type of program so I can hopefully find this utility. I do not remember
whether it was free or not, unfortunately.

I found it. It is www.west-wind.com HTML Help Builder and it is not exactly
as I described it. Anyway, I know why I didn't bookmark it (price) but
thought I'd share with you anyway.
