Not a win32 application

I developed a c# application and took it to a client site. After the initial
run. When ever you double click the icon, it give the following error "Not a
win32 application".

I will copy another one to the place and after the initial run it will do
the same. In one case I reinstalled the windows xp operating system, but it
hasnt stop.

What should I do ? I need help!!!!

Just Install the .net Framework on the Client

..Net Framework 1.1 if it is build in Visual Studio 2003
..Net Framework 2.0 if it is build in Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2

As I mentioned earlier on, there is the .Net framework already. It runs the
first time I install. But if you restart the system the the error comes. I
dont know if you have experienced some before.

I posted in m.p.d.framework that this sounds like a corrupted file
