toolStripContainer

Hello all,

is there a way to dock a toolStripContainer into a Form and make it resize
the Form when the control that is added to the ContentPanel is larger then
then ContentPanel?

In case there are other suggestions, what I am trying to get is this: I have
a form with menu strip on the top and buttom. I need to add a control
(UserControl) between them two and make the form resize itself to fit the
content.

Thanks,

Alexander.
