object looses positions when toggling between languages

Hi!

Need som expertise help. I believe that my problem is related to
localization/globalization, and I'm puzzled.

I've developed a windows application using MS VS 2003 and c#. The languages
in use in the application is english and norwegian.

The problem turns out to bee that the objects in the form, (combobox. labels
and listviews etc) seems to float. their positions moves a pixle or to
ievery time I open the form in the development environment and toggles
between the languages.

Is this a known issue? And how do I prevent this.

Best regards
