Qosmio G25 as developer laptop :)

The Qosmio G25 was shipped with Window XP Media Center.
Base on the laptop spec. this laptop is come with great performance.

But if it good to install vs.net 2005 and do some real development on
this laptop? Because this come with --> Window XP Media Center <--

If we do upgrade from Window XP Media Center to Window XP Pro. I think
it will lost some of the feature of Media Center right?

Laptop for developer what is your recommendation & minimum spec. to be
able to run (vs.net 2005 + support up comming vista)?

Thanks,
kids

Hi,
I use vs.net 2005 beta 2 on windows XP home edition with SP2. There is no
problem. All my stuff works.
You can easily install vs.net 2k5 beta 2 on vista beta 1. No problems there
as well.
