Getting the value in a combobox

I have a combobox with the following data:

Idx ID Name
0 23 Test1
1 27 Test2
2 12 Test3

DisplayMember is "Name" and ValueMember is "ID".
I know I can get the ID of the selected item like this:

cb.SelectedValue

How can I get the ID from any record given the index? I guess I am looking
for something like this:

cb.Items[1].Value //which should return 27.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers,

Erik.
