I have a C# Windows application I have to re-write. When attempting to add
a reference to my solution it fails with:
'A reference to MYReference could not be added. Converting the type library
to a .NET Assembly failed. A dependent type library RepositoryTypeLib could
not be converted to a .NET assembly. Exception from HRESULT:0x80131019'
This happens with any reference other than a System.Something.SomethingElse.
