Get text from another windows applaction

Hi,

I have found another window by using hwnd Findwindow(null,"Window Title")
and DLLImport in a c# app but I need to read the values in the controls
(textbox's, Combo's) in the external app. The app is written in VB but I do
not have the source code.

Using IntPtr and hwnd are new to me and I cant find good info on the web. I
guess I need to loop through the controls to find the one or two I want but
dont know were to start.

Any assistance / pointer welcome.
