Many thanks for your prompt reply. As a student, unfortunately, I cannot
afford the cost of delivery of the CD.
Microsoft are not charging for the CD but insist on sending it by special
messenger which is where the cost is involved. I have asked them to send it
by snail mail and I would pay for this. But they are adamant. I wonder,
therefore, if you know of the site where I will be able to download the
contents of the CD.
I would also be obliged if you could give me the download address of
OpenNETCF.dll. Is it part of CompactFrameworkSDK?

Did you download and installed the opennetcf ? if not grab it from
opennetcf.org and install it,
then remove the current reference from the "References" , add a new
reference and look for opennetcf , I dont have it installed in my system
so I don't know for sure if it does install in the GAC, if not found go to
"Browse" and navigate to c:\program files\opennetcf you will find it
there.

Exclamation mark (!) appears in the Solution Explorer > References
"OpenNETCF".
Would someone please explain how to overcome the error and install the
neceaasy DLL.
