Failed to partial bind

I am getting the following error when I try to open one of my Forms on my
project. This error only shows up when I open the form during design time
(Visual Studio designer)!! It does not happen if I open the form while
runnning the actual program (theForm.Show())!!

An exception occurred while trying to create an instance of xxxxx. The
exception was "Could not load a type. Failed to partial bind to "yyyyy"...

What is this "partial bind" thing?
