Going to the end of a control

How do I programmatically set the caret position to the end of a
Windows edit box control?

I was looking at using SendKeys but is there a better way?

TextBox.ScrollToCaret()
TextBox.SelectionStart
TextBox.SelectionLength

Of course, you'd only want to do this to set the caret to the end of the
TEXT that is in the textbox...
