Assembly version

Can I retreive an assembly version from command-line?

Create a simple console application.. take an assembly name as input.
use System.Reflection.Assembly to read the attributes and display them.

From C# I know how to do it. I asked for command-line tool. Eventually I
want to do it from ASP.
