Layered Windows

Hi,

Is it possible to use Controls on a Layered Window?

If I understand you right... yes.

At it’s simplest, in order to make a layered window you need only setup the
transparency of your form, either through it’s TransparencyKey property or
though the Opacity property.

Depending on which you use all controls on the will have the same
properties, either being just as transparent, or having their regions that
match the forms TransparencyKey be completely transparent and invisible.

Layered Windows is a technology introduced by microsoft I think with w2k. It
is basically a Window that supports 32bit (so alpha channels). There is a
good article on Layered Windows available on msdn:
