Any Tool that generates MSDN Lib style help files from XML comment

Hello,

Is there any tool that you can point to a C# solution or project and it will
generate help file (.chm) with all the classes, methods, properties, etc and
their descriptions from XML comments? I've heard somewhere it can be done.
