Adding LinkLabel in RichTextBox or TextBox

Hi
I want to add a link in a rich text box or text box .. Its not a file link.
As soon as some one presses a link a different form or window should open
depending on what link is clicked.
I am not able to do it. One way is to keep link labels in background and
bring to front. Which is not a good solution as i feel So please help
