Your best option for this is to use interop and the ScrollWindow API. This
is a wee bit faster than a bitblit I think.

I have been looking through the Graphics methods but I haven't really been
able to figure out the right way to bitblip. What I want to do is move the
graphics on a panel when the user hits a control key and redraw the line
of
pixels on whichever side is empty. So how do I bitblip the current image
over
without having to redraw the whole thing?
