ie web control in winform

Hi Sharpies,

Simple question, I have 2 questions;

1. Help files for WinForm application, which direction Microsoft is
going? I heard they are moving to XML based help files. Is there a
write up somewhere I can read?
2. Currently I have a HTML help file that I want to render it in a
winform. How can I do this?

Thanks.
