File is being used by another process

Hi
I am using text file in program, I set that text file as datasource of
a word file.User can add Merge Fields at run time to the Word Document.
To reflect the new merge field I have to open that text file again and
write the new merge field in the file with some default value but the
problem is after setting text file as datasource when I tried to open
text file again I got the error:
The file is being used by another process--- something like this.
How to resolve this issue?How to free the file before aceessing it
again?
Any help will be wellcomed

each time when you open a file, make sure you close it when you do not need
it.
