There are some EULA templates available online but many of them are for
opensource or GNU or other such "altruware" releases and may not be
suitable.
I would suggest that you could copy the EULA of a big software company and
do a search and replace for the company name putting your own in but I'm
sure that if I did suggest such a thing I would be to blame for your use of
copyright material so I won't.
