array of arrays, collection of colllections or create inherited object?

i have an array (or collection if necessary) of Customers with CustomerID
and several properties.

For each of these Customers I will have a one to many relationship with
Customer products.
There are separate tables in the database for Buy, Sell, Insurance, etc.

I have already gone out to the database to create a collection of customers
from that table if they have a status of 'new.'

The next step is to now iterate through that collection of 1 to many new
customers and perform the following:

If I know that this particular customer has expressed an interest in one of
many products, I will utilize that customerID as I iterate through the
collection and use that in a query of the corresponding product table to
associate/add new properties for that product to this customer object which
itself is a member of an array (or collection if this is a better choice)

So I will end up with many customers and each of those customers will have
one to many objects associated with it, each which have properties unique to
that product.

In the evaluate/score/perform operations part of my application, I will need
to iterate through the resulting construct to do stuff, pulling property
values off of the collection associated with each index value.

The design decision. Do I create an array of arrays, a collection of
collections, or do I instantiate a new class which inherits Customer
properties from a Customer base class as I iterate through the arraylist (as
I have it now) of customers?

Anyone? Am I leaving some info out here from which to make this design
decision?

Thank you very much. -hazz
