How to create OCX Control

I am in need of creating a control similar to OCX control in VB.I tried to
create USer Control using vc#.It works fine inside .Net .But when the same
control is dragged and dropped inside Word,Excel or other containers it is
not supporting..
But I was able to perform the same using OCX created in VB.

Can I get help in this..

I may be wrong, but AFAIK, .NET usercontrols can be hosted outside .NET
hosts only in Internet Explorer.
